Returns Policy
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS POLICY
1. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service to our business customers. If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to zs1@edimex.cz with a detailed description of the issue, including order number, product details, and any relevant photographs. We will comment on each complaint within 1-2 days of receipt. Please note that the claim does not apply to already installed and adhered photo wallpapers, so it is essential to check the product immediately after unpacking.
2. Returns and replacement are only accepted for products that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a) Contact Us: Notify our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the goods by emailing zs1@edimex.cz. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and supporting evidence such as photographs of the defect or damage.
b) Authorization: If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
c) Shipping: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package. Ship the items back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be covered by [Your Company Name] only if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, the Buer is responsible for return shipping costs.
d) Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned goods, they will be inspected to verify the defect or error. If approved, we will process a replacement or issue a credit note within 14 days.
Please note that we do not accept returns for non-faulty items or products that have been used or altered. Custom or special-order items are also non-returnable unless they are defective.
